hello dose anyone know the carb setings every time i reve my ped it cuts out and it is not mt tick over screw

screw the screw all the way in and the start screwing right a quarter turn at a time each time u turn it try to start up the bike with the backwheele off the floor wen it then starts to tick over put on full revs to see if its spluttering if it does keep doing quarter screws till it stops and that should do it
