How can I fix my reversing lights?

Both Reversing Lights not working on my 1990 Vauxhall Omega 2Litre ?
I have tested both bulbs and they are fine.Could it be the Reversing Switch and if so how do I get to it? The fuse is OK
because it also covers other items such as dashboard lights etc. and they are working.

could be the switch in the box i had same prob the detent in the box for revers has come out and if so the box has to come out and striped down to be fixed
