have you checked your heater. If you remove the back cover it should be just there and is quiet reconisable. I had the same problem and creda advisied me to replace heater then when that didnt do the job they sold me the stats. worked perfect after that. but funny enough im back on the site because im having ova problems, its only running for 5 to 10 mins and cutting out till its cooled. after checking the site i know thats also because of the stats so looks like they need replacing again a year later.
