Zanussi FX1265 Water Pump broken?

When the machine is switched on it gives three clicks and the end light comes on i.e. end washing.
I rang an appliance centre and they told me that the pump was gone - how do I replace a pump?

i have the same problem with my zanussi fs1225w i got the pump changed but still got the same problem i think it can be the circuit board, will let you know once i replaced it to let you know the outcome.

get a second opinion! i think they are pulling yir twanger mate. most w mcs dont use the pump till at least one quarter of the way in cycle. the pump is not needed at start as mains pressure fills mc. he prob wants to fit a new pump then tell you that ur timer swtch is kaput.
