zanusi dishwasher has started making a strange noise, it does still wash but very worrying noise. Can anyone suggest a cure.

This noise will most likely be the wash pump ..... make sure nothing has got into the pump and is fouling the pump vanes, if that's clear, you need to check to see if pump bearings are the cause of the noise...... sometimes a little lubrication is all that's needed.
