can i remove/replace door panel, renault clio 1999?

I need to remove inside door panel on rear driver-side door.
I had a go but once it unclipped round the edges, it was bonded to the door with black, rubbery, sticky stuff!!!??
Is it ok to pull the panel off without damaging it, and will it go back on easily?

anyone no the name of the thing the inner door handle screws into on a renault clio mr2

i removed the driver sid panel and cant seem to get it back over the window rubber. can anyone help?

It is really quite simple. Once you have unscrewed all the star screws, it is only held in place by the adhesive and a couple of poppers. The adhesive is very powerful so be prepared to lever quite heavily between panel and door. The adhesive is reusable time and time again - as I have done this three times now.

Will it just clip back on or will i need to get some more of the sticky stuff aswell?
