What part do I need to replace in Whirlpool model no 4213632 (Rev. B) to stop water from leaking into the tub when the machine is off?

not sure but my wherlpool washing machine awo3581 is doing the same it keeps filling up with water and flooding the kitchen.. you're best bet is to google wherlpool and get their contact number and give them a bell...

my problem is it keeps filling up with water when it is off... also the water tap are off but it still fills up.. baffled
