talbot will not start?

hi i have a talbot symphony 93 2000 cc petrol it will not start
battery is good plenty of fuel it just will not fire it has manual choke but after tries i cannot smell any petrol any ideas

try delfin designs not sure of spelling or web adress you will find it via google, they specialize in talbots and i have always found them very helpful. thier base is in the bournemouth area.
