how can I reset the alarm after the tamper light comes on? Veritas8?
The tamper light is on and the alarm was sounding (has stopped...for now...) the programme menu tells me the tamper fault is coming from the Bell Box...how do i get rid of the tamper issue? the book says to check the bell box but doesn't say what to check for!!!
make sure the bell cover is securley fitted and the tamper switch has clicked and tamp should clear if this fails or is inaces acle the short out neg hold off and tamp return on pcb to fool it

the tamper on the bellbox is the micro switch that activates when the cover is removed. it is usually has a spring lever, check this and maybe bend it slightly to ensure contact.
