I have a samsung sr-L3928B fridge freezer. The fridge works OK but is at a constant temperature, about 6 degrees. The freezer remains at this temperature also. The motor is on all the time and the compressor (the big black thing at the back) is hot to the touch. Is it possible to repair this?

An odd answer to this- I have carted this to Spain and is installed in my villa, now if you want to pop over and repair it....B&B supplied! Incidentally I did ask Samsung if it would perform here and they said yes, and it has for a year.Not easy to get Samsung repaired here it seems. Many thanks for a very quick answer, am obliged.

seems like compressor fault either needs regas or replacement were bout are u located?
