the display on the boiler is reading f28 what does that mean i have no heating or hot water

hiya kelly,,, the elecrode, ignition lead or spark generator is faulty..... F28 means no ignition has been sensed could be the gas supply but doubtful... try reset this may work. vaillant.uk for manual in pdf form........

dont play with gas, its illegal and deadly.......
