the wipers on my car work at only on speed the fastest setting why do the others not work slow and medum? My car is a Ford Galexy.

I had the same problem with my wife's car, It started only working on the fastest setting then it wouldn't work at all it turned out there was water in the wiper motor, I took it out, dried then put it back in. If it isn't water logged the wiper motor could be wearing out.
