The same happened to mine - my friend who is a kitchen fitter took the back plate off underneath and Found signs of burning in the terminal block & suppressor unit -both of which are available at inter-spares but aren't cheap. I will update when I get around to buying and fitting the parts.

Has anybody found an answer to this problem, I think mine has locked, I have no lights on at all
