Clutch noise on Hyundai Coupe 1998?

Hi, when I put my foot on the clutch pedal I can hear a sort of grinding sound which stops when I take my foot off again. It is still going into gear ok, any ideas??? Thanks

sounds like the clutch release bearing has failed or the drive shaft support bearing is worn (if it has one).
