OMEGA 2.5 TD DOSE NOT START ONES HOT?

I HAVE A 2.5 OMEGA AND THE HEATER LIGHT WORKS BUT IF I DRIVE OUT TO SHOPS WHEN I GET BACK TO IT IT WONT START AS THE HEATER LIGHT DOSE NOT COME ON ? IT ALL STATRTED WHEN THE CAR STEREO STARTED PLAYING UP AND TURNING OFF ANY HELP WOULD BE GOOD,
