Rover 620 (auto)?

My Rover keeps blowing the brake light fuse every time i press the break pedal. Any help on this appreciated

u got a short circuit.disconnect the brake switch above the pedal.& bridge the wires if it doesnt blow the fuse the switch is at fault.otherwise check the wiring connector on the light cluster it may be wet or something silly like that.
