How can i fix my hoover time 1300, model H130E?

Any ideas how i can reset the timer settings on my hoover time 1300, model H130E? iv tried holding start until the lights flash and restarting but my machines seems to be stuck on super wash and i can't unlock it?

Hiya sorry to be the bearer of bad news your control panel is broken & it will cost £120 + to get it fixed.
