Fills up with water....then nothing!?

Hi there

I wonder if anybody could please help me.

I have a 5 year old Bosch SRS 4302 which manages to fill up with water at the start of a cycle but then stops before the spray arms should begin to spin.

I Have checked the drainage hose, the filters and the pump which all seem to be in good order but have now hit a brick wall any suggestions?

Hi

Thank you so much for your advice but I am a complete lay person and am not sure exactly what the heating element is and if this is the problem, how to go about fixing it.

Thanks again.

you need to do a circuit test on your heating element, you must disconect the wires first to get an accurate reading, it will probably be that
