how can i fix my heater ford fiesta zetec?

i have change 2 heater switchs and the control switch but after a few weeks the heating does not go to cold

check the heater control valve behind the scuttle panel ,under the bonnet.Just trace the water pipes up (two pipes in and two pipes out,and an electrical connector) common fault.
