Rowenta does not heat?

Rowenta steam iron does not heat. Power cord is ok. I have the iron completely apart. I suspect the heating elements are bad? Can they be replaced? I could not find a termal fuse.

Thank you,

turn the dial for heat slowly you should hear a clickof the thermostat it may be gone the bulb in the iron is a fuse cross the element with a light bulb and a battrie see if it lights to test the element you should be able to buy a new one
