noise from front end of my ford transit 300 75ps swb 2L?

whining comming from one of the front wheels, even when coasting the noise comes down with the wheel speed not the engine speed, now power steering has stopped working, HELP.

Did the whining noise get louder when you turned the steering wheel?

Check the fluid resevoir on the power steering pump. It may be due to fluid loss or the pump may have packed up completely.

The whining sounds like a wheel bearing but that wont stop the power steering from working. Maybe have a check of the belt.
