i want to know how can i remove the spy bot virus from my PC, and what batch should i need to install? i'm working on two PC's using Win XP and Win 2000, and i need the sulution for both.

Not come across Spy Bot Worm.....though maybe I'm stupid!

If your problem is a worm or virus, what's your antivirus protection like...is it up to date?
AVG seems to be reasonably recommended
