i have installed it with the disk but when i plug it in the usb it comes up saying 'usb device not recognised, one of the usb devices attatched to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recignise it'
what wrong with it????

it could be a problem with the version of the driver thats on the disc, i had a similar problem with my mikomi web cam drivers. Try the standard drivers for all mikomi webcames, you can get it here http://www.sonix.com.tw/sonix/download.do?d=1397,2 I hope it works for ya
