Hi please can anyone help. I have a Necht oven (these are rebadged from another manufacturer, however I am unable to find out who).

I purchased a flat and this oven was already installed, I have no record of the model or serial number. I have called necht to see if they have a record however trading standards have all their computers so they can't help.

I believe the fan filament has gone (the oven still works, the fan works as does the grill filament. However the fan oven produces no heat). I have taken the back plate off, there is no corrosion to the filament but no heat produced.

As I don't know the model / make I am unable to get a replacement. Can anyone help please as I can't afford a replacement oven.

Forgot to mention there doesn't appear to be an ID plate, the sticker that is on the inside of the door has no writing on it!! I am stuck
