Gainsborough shower leaking?

I have a gainsborough shower, six months old and it's leaking from the shower unit. We have tried to have a look at it but can't seem to get the front panel off either. Any suggestions please!

Depending on the type of gainsborough you have, if electric then remove the nameplate and locate the screws behind.
If it is the older recessed type then just pry off the regulating cover (the bit you turn to control the flow) and remove the screws, o.k.

Locate the screws fixing it in place and remove them. I had a gainsbrough shower that was leaking from the unit and it was the pressure release device that was leaking. it is a silicone ball that has probably popped out. you can order a replacement from the manufactuer and is about £5
