My icemaker is overfilling with water and running into the tray and making "one big piece of ice" How can I adjust the water level?

Whirl Pool is going through a lawsuit due to the faulty icemakers on the side by side fridge. I encourage you to go to this website above and fill out your complaint. Several customers have complained but thus far whirlpool has done nothing. When you feel out the form be sure and give them your serial and model #. We are going through this issue as well.
