it doesnt turn properly in its cycle
it spins fast and then stops all the time and the clothes remain wet at the end

Check your filter. The little square door at the bottom right-hand corner, on the front. If the machine can't empty fast enough, it wont spin. Make sure the filter is sealed tight afterwards.

If your filter is clean, you need a spare part.
