My windscreen washers don't work, the pump is making a noise, but no fluid is coming out of the jets, I have disconnected the hoses at the 'T' piece that comes out of the reservoir and there is no water there either.

The jets may be blocked.? Try to unblock them by using a very thin piece of wire or thin needle. If this does not work, remove the jets and attach a piece of plastic tubing to the connection.
Have a mouthfull of water and try to blow it through the plastic tubing to see if the jets work then.! If not, replace the jets as I'd assume they are at fault.

take out the pump u will probably find there is a rubber filter in the bottle clean this out and try...best to start at the pump first and wotk ur way up to the jets
