my brake lights dont work?

the brake lights on my vauxhall omega are not working,i have replaced the bulbs with new ones twice but still no lights,what else can i do?

Check the fuse, if it appears to be broken replace it. also there is a switch that comes on when the brake pedal is depressed this could be faulty
