Well.....appart from being a rover and being a rover meaning it will breakdown say every 3 months or so this is the latest problem and was wondering if any suggestions or help can be provided. My car won't start, when i turn the ignition all the lights, radio etc comes on fine but there is no noise from the starting motor or anything. I know its not the battery as all the lights are on so i was wondering if anyone could shed some light as im hopeless with cars - hence me buying a rover :D

I had a rover 214 ( best car i had ) very reliable. 1 time it wouldnt start. I tried push starting and jump starting but to no avail. The lights would work but it wouldnt start. I changed the battery ( I thought the battery was ok ). It started first time and no more problems.
