how do i remove and replace the door panel to push out a dent in the door?

i have the same problem and lost manual. i got top of handle of with screwdriver undid all screws on it with a allun key undid all other normal screws and can not get window winder off!!! once this is done just pull panel, makes hell of noise but thats secure plugs pulling out. do reverse of removal to put together again. if i find out more will let you know
