How to change the clutch on Dyson DC03?

The brush does not turn no matter how much I try.
I can only assume it needs a new clutch.
I am quite able to follow instructions.

It is a lot better if the floor wheel is first removed before taking out the clutch surround. If not, the clutch surround is likely to break.

try checking the belts.

Remove the soleplate, brushbar and the housing surrounding the clutch, there are THREE screws 2 holding the clutch in and one that can be accessed by moving the brushbar housing so its inline with the main upright body, you will also need remove the rubber piping that runs through the small channel and the clutch surround will pull out, then you can see the motor spindle the motor belt is slimmer then the clutch to brushbar belt, if the belts have gone then you will also need to either replace the clutch or strip the clutch to gain access to the belt.

Look up the clutch removal and stripping on google
