How do you thread a Toyota RS 2000 ES121 bobbin holder?

How do you thread a Toyota RS 2000 ES121 bobbin holder with bobbin we do not appear to have any tension?
Michael Marsden, March 2007
Hello Michael,
Hold the bobbin case in your left hand between your fore fing and thumb by the little latch on the bobbin case, open part towards you.
With the bobbin in your right hand make sure the thread is on top of the bobbin, put the bobbin in the case and feed the thread through the slot on the case, pull the thread through, the bobbin should move clockwise, you should just about be able to pull the thread through without it feeling too loose, if the thread is too loose then tighten the small screw on the spring very slightly until you have some resistence, any problems let me know.
