how do i take off a front bumper of a vw golf?

i have a slight dent on my front bumper but cannot locate where the nuts are to undo the bumper
my car is a vw golf 1989

The bolts that secure your bumper are underneath the front of the car, look under the front and you'll see 4 big 17mm bolts at either end,these hold the bumper in place
