Bleeding the radiator on a ford Puma?

I think I have an air lock in my water system. How do I bleed the system so I am sure water is circulating correctly with no air locks? Is there an actual bleed valve? My car is a 98 Ford Puma 1.7

Thanks.

take of the bottle top of the heder tank and leave the car ticking over make sure the water level doesnt drop if the heaters are not working there is a module on the bulk head it has two water pipes going to it two coming out of it and and electrical plug they are really common to go
