How to test my 98' Dodge grand caravan cooling fan relay?

My 98' Dodge Grand Caravan engine cooling fans stopped working. I have replaced the temperature sensor and tested the fans with jump wires - they do come on. So the last thing seems to be the cooling fan relay. But how do I test to see if the relay is working or not?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

there is a separate fan relay switch, situated under the engine, somewhere on the chassis, find and change that, should do the trick. the relay is a little expensive. it cost me $125, just for the relay switch.
