The signal & headlamp housing are a little confusing at first glance. Basically, you need to get this car casted. And to do that you need to be near a large body of water. This makes the casting a little easier. Now it is physically impossible to cast a car, so what you do is this.
Get a good run from this Large body of water, and put your foot down on the gas pedal, get the speed up to around 30MPH. When approaching this body of water, jump out of the car and watch your car sink into the water. Problem solved.
Just joking! Couldn't resist that/
Open the hood, look for some thin bolts protruding thru the body work around the headlamp area, Loosen them up and the headlamp will pop out with all the wiring, then change bulbs or whatever.
