My newly acquired rover 75 is making whooping noises when idle?
When letting my car clutch out when in first gear my R75 makes a ascending whooping noise. Then the noise stops after a couple of secs. What could this be?
probably the radiator fan failed - typical symptom with 3-4 yr old rover 75s - I had the same problem

we have alot of problems with ctutches on 75s, just done one last week, had to change the clutch because it was making a noise when pulling away. i'm afraid.
