Indesit 103 dial turning constantly?

I have a indesit w103, The dial is turning constantly, tried the reset procedre as posted on this site to no avail. The flashing light afterwards has 3 long flashes followed by 3 short flashes.

F03 Temp probe o/c or s/c
this could mean a new temp probe or a faulty main board(the temp probe is at the side of the heater
