Smeg SPA 42016 Oven timer stuck. how do I get it back to manual operation?

There is a line of 5 Oven clock/alarm buttons. What combination do you use to switch the oven back to manual?

Actually SpA 42016 is Smeg's post code in Italy. Model number is on the same lable.

i've got the same problem but have downloaded the manual. apparently the model number has changed that's why there are no manuals online.
go to www.applico.co.nz and search for SU61MFX, the instruction manual is there.
