Are you activating a PIR sensor when you are setting the alarm ?
try omitting zones until you isolate problem sensor.
DAY MODE
This is when the alarm is considered to be OFF.
PA and TAMPER will still sound!
Day mode is indicated by a green day light on the panel.
SETTING THE SYSTEM
To set the system check the day light is showing, enter the four digit user code and
check that the zone lights are off.
The sounder will now make a bleep tone and the building can be left by the exit route.
If the system is not clear on entering the code a broken bleep tone will be heard. One
bleep for zone 1, two bleeps for zone 2, and so on!
Omitting a zone, clear or in fault may be done by during the exit period. Pressing the
OMIT button will change the exit tone to an omit tone, pressing0 resets any false
selections, pressing 2 selects zone two etc. The relevant zone indicators will now flash
to show the zones which are about to be turned off. When selection is complete, press
the set button and the exit tone will continue. A maximum of three of the four zones
may be omitted in this way.
The panel may be ‘quick set’ if required when the user is not leaving the building.
After entering the user code press SET, the system will now set in five seconds. Note
that from omit section the SET button has to be pressed twice!
UNSETTING THE SYSTEM
The system is unset by entering the user code.
The entry tone is produced by a sounder, warning the user to disarm the system.
