electra AWM 1000 won't drain - where is filter?

I have an electra autowasher AVM 1000 but no manual - it won't spin/drain successfully - evidently the pump or the filter. How do I get to the filter to clean and how will I know if it is the pump?

I believe on these you have to take the back off and remove the pump and bottom hose and clean them out ...
