On/Off Button & RinseHold Lights continually flash. The machine then stops doing anything. Can anyone help

Yes he came and replaced a very worn out H/BOX TO DRUM rubber seal (strange for a new machine), and a burnt out SPIRAL HEATING ELEMENT. Apparently, the dryier was leaking water through the seal, then it started to overheat causing all the flashing lights and eventually burning out the heating element, which began to trip my circuit breakers!!! As my product is under 1 year old, the engineere and parts were free.

So am not alone then... my wd420p lights (On/Off, Drying High Heat, Reduce Creases, Time Saver) keep flashing or blinking in the middle of washing. I always have to unplug from the socket which is totally unacceptable for a 5 month old appliance. Please help because the hotpoint service engineers threaten to charge the customer!

Engineer came out early due to cancellation, He replaced a relay board (Complete interchangeable unit). Code 215009866.01

It came in an indesit box, Ref C00145013

Mines doing the same, It does clear if you switch of at the plug and leave for a while. Have hotpoint engineer coming to look Monday 18th. Its only 5 months old
