try opening door if on the off postion if the water level is not to high uplug washer bail out as much water as you can then remove hot/cold hoses take m/c outside tip backwards locate sump hose black that goes to pump make sure somebody is holding the m/cmore than likely a sock in the pump

sounds like you have a blockage in the pump.unplug washer pull out m/c remove grey outlet pipe and put it in a bowl this should syphone water. out there may be quite a lot repeat until all water is removed.check pump for blockage
