Can you help me please, my tomtom satnav will open only as far as garfield the cat and then get stuck - it was working fine. Can you give me any ideas if I can fix this or whether it will have to be sent away.

My tomtom go 710 will not charge and now will not even boot up even when connected to docking station. Green light appears so there is power getting to it

Have you tried to reset it ? (there is an eenieweenie tiny hole next to the connection points for the window mounting)

obviously u have made a backup on your comp, just reload it
