After downloading my driver/phototag express software I am unable to retrieve my pics. I have a sakar 82370 which is supposed to also function as a webcam. When I go to get pictures I only find 2 non jpg files that aren't the pics I took (sakar logo and picture of camera) and when I try to enable my webcam I get a message that says my webcam is not available. I have tried repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling my software only to achieve the same results. Any suggestions? Thank you.
