how can i fix my brakes on my rover 220sd p reg 2L td?

with out the engine running brakes are solid, with engine running brakes slowly go down to the bottom, i have bleed them,changed master sil, put new pipes on, put new rear sils on,the servo is working and holding air. i am not loosing fluid,i doint know what els to do

all the bearings are ok and no i have not had them pressure bled. how do you do that.

HAVE YOU TRIED HAVING THEM PRESSURE BLED AND ARE YOU SURE THERE ISNT A COLLAPSED WHEEL BEARING WHICH WOULD CAUSE YOUR BRAKE PADS TO BE FORCED BACK BY MOVEMENT OF THE BRAKE DISCS PAL.
