Fitting a drainage hose to a WMA30 (hotpoint)?

I need to fit a the 4m drainage hose to my Hotpoint WMA30. Any advice on how to fit it without paying the excessive call out fee?

Many thanks in anticipation of any answers.

after completely stripping and rebuilding my wma to replace the drum bearings yesterday, your question is an easy one,
undo the lower panel on the rear of the machine it should only be 4 screws and remove you will see immediately inside this panel is the pump to which all you need is a pair of grips to squeeze the clamp and remove the pipe, refitting is the reverse, all you can see in the small access in the back is the motor on the left and the pump on the right you can not go wrong
