problem with no indicator lights, peugeot vivacity?

Peugeot Vivacity 100. I am doing knowledge and need quick fix. Indicator light on panel works although not flashing just on. No indicators at all. Is it a fuse problem? If so, where are they? What do you think bikle Dr?
