How can I stop ignition clicking when the oven is on?

I have the Parkinson Cowan SIG 515 cooker. When the oven is on the ignition continues clicking for anything upto an hour. there is nothing in the instruction booklet - any ideas??

I have the same problem with no real solution, just a temporary sanity saver. Underneath your stove, perhaps in the cabinet, there should be a plug connected to a wall outlet. That is the plug that powers the ignition sparks. Pull that out and the clicking will stop. You have to plug it back in for the next time though. Let me know if you find a real solution! Hope this helps for now.
